			The MAOHN on-line payment processing is done through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay through this processor. Booth spaces will be in the exhibit room and are assigned on a first-postmarked basis.
Set Up Time: Between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. day of conference
Take down time: Between 2:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. or after 4:30 p.m. the day of conference

Vendor Registration closes September 19, 2008.
(Fees non refundable after September 1st 2008. Refunds prior to Sept. 1st will be assessed a $25 processing fee.)
