Booth spaces will be in the exhibit room and are assigned on a first-postmarked basis.
Set Up Time: Between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. day of conference
Take down time: After 3:30 p.m. the day of conference

You may purchase registrations w/lunch or you may purchase lunch only for additional attendees.

You will be contacted prior to the conference date for selection of breakout sessions and/or lunch choice.

Vendor Registration closes September 15, 2009.
(Fees non refundable after September 1st 2009. Refunds prior to Sept. 1st will be assessed a $25 processing fee.)
